MemoSpark can generate flashcards and learning content using AI tools.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for learning assistance only.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information in prompts.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

MemoSpark may offer optional premium features for purchase.

• Purchases are processed by the app store and subject to its terms and policies.
• Prices, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by MemoSpark or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
